A supplier of rectangular copper wire, Ansonia Copper & Brass, Inc., produces a broad range of sizes and alloys. Size range includes: thickness: .012" -- .187" (.3mm - 4.75mm); Width: .050" - 1.250" (1.27mm - 31.75mm). Square and full round edges are available in both returnable and non-returnable reels with capacities from 150 to 900 pounds; ACROPAK (a reel-less coil) is also available. Cut to length material can be obtained and our Flat Wire is available also in hot dip tinned product. - Terminal lugs ACB has the capability to
analyze all alloys cast on-site both as melt control and final analyses.
Final mechanical and physical property lot testing may include Tensile
properties, Conductivity/Resistivity, Hardness, Grain Size and Micro
structural Examination.
