Manufacturers worldwide have come to rely on the quality, cost and specialty solutions provided by Ansonia Copper & Brass. Ansonia Copper & Brass works directly with the customer to define the requirements and makes sure the customer gets a product that meets their order requirements AND works well for them. Draw Benches are used for larger round sizes and special shapes and bars. We use a variety of pointing and lubrication methods to enable the draws to be made. Sizes up to about 4 inches can be drawn, and we also sell rod up to 4 1/2 inches as plain extruded. Between draw bench passes, we often use annealing and cleaning processes to soften and clean the metal, all steps according to the mill ticket plan. |
